Alan Gottfried, SRA

Alan is a Certified Residential Appraiser, Real Estate Broker and is the owner of Gottfried & Associates. Alan has over 40 years of providing appraising and consulting services in Philadelphia and the surrounding counties.

Alan received a bachelor’s degree from Villanova University and a master’s degree from Saint Joseph’s College. He is certified by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as a Real Estate Appraiser and specializes in residential appraisals. He is a member of several professional organizations including the Appraisal Institute with the SRA designation. Alan is also an approved FHA appraiser.

Robert Barr

Rob has been an appraiser with Gottfried & Associates for 38 years. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Saint Joseph’s College and went on to earn a real estate license in Pennsylvania. He became certified by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as a Real Estate Appraiser and has been appraising residential properties with Alan ever since. Rob is an approved FHA appraiser.

Seth Gottfried

Seth is a third-generation real estate appraiser and has been certified since 2019 by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as a Certified Real Estate Appraiser and is an approved FHA appraiser.
